All services are conducted at our custom built Pilates Connection Studio and private treatment rooms at 3/9 Birdwood Avenue, Lane Cove. The Canopy Car Park oppposite provides 3hrs free parking, and easy access to our studio.

Duet Studio Pilates
Catering for two clients to workout together under
the watchful eyes of your instructor.
Private Studio Pilates
If you’d prefer the comfort of more individual attention,
private one on one sessions are a great choice.
Pregnancy Pilates
Specialised program for pre and post-natal health
via small group or private sessions.
Hypopressive Technique
Also known as Low Pressure Fitness, for
pelvic floor / deep core activation & rehabilitation
(private sessions only)
Structural Integration & Scar Tissue Therapy
Soft tissue myofascial realignment therapy (commonly known as Rolfing),
for pain relief, ease of movement & improved posture. Scar Therapy
returns function and mobility to tissues hampered by scarring.
Cancer Exercise Programs
Custom acredited training programs for those curently going through Cancer treatment or Cancer survivors.
Pricing of Pilates Sessions
- Payment by card, cheque, cash or online.
- 24 hour cancellation policy, or full fee is charged
- Rescheduling possible, subject to availability and within expiry period on Studio packs only.
- We have a strict NO REFUND POLICY.
- On hold arrangements possible for breaks of longer than two weeks. Written request is required. This applies to Studio sessions only.
