Liane is the owner of Pilates Connection, a certified Clinical Pilates instructor, practitioner of Structural Integration (commonly known as Rolfing), a Certified instructor Hypopressives Technique/Low Pressure Fitness, and a Cancer Exercise Specialist with advanced certifcation through the Cancer Exercise Training Institute . With over 15 years of experience in exercise, rehabilitation and posture assessment, she has a keen interest helping clients master good deep core activation in order to address issues such as slipped discs, pelvic floor disfunction, prolapse and diastasis recti. (separation of the tummy muscles). She also provides expert assistance to those fighting a wide range of cancerous conditions with special attention to potential lymphoedema, infections, diabetes, scar tissue therapy post-surgery musculoskeletal imbalances and associated treatment protocol heart issues.

As a longstanding member of the Pilates Alliance of Australasia (PAA), she is committed to their rigorous continuing education program, high skill levels and industry code of practice. Having trained under the mentorship of Tom Myers (Anatomy Trains), Liane has a thorough understanding of the fascial lines and how they can impact the body’s alignment, movement and pain potential. This gives her a clear advantage when aiming to address clients’ postural misalignments, pathologies and potentials in the Pilates environment.

With a degree in Physiotherapy from her native Brazil, Larissa has a thorough understanding of biomechanics, and a myriad of pathologies and injuries. Having studied Pilates in the exclusive environment of a degree level course, Larissa is equipped to deliver some of the best Pilates instruction available.
In addition to this she is a qualified Personal Trainer and Instructor of Hypopressive Technique/Low Pressure fitness. But beyond all of these achievements, it is the gentle, sensitive and considered manner that Larissa brings to all of her sessions which makes her such a popular and valued member of our team.


Meagan has always been into sport and fitness and if you can’t find her in the gym, then she is most likely thrashing out a few lengths in the local swimming pool. Having enjoyed a successful competitive swimming career as a high school student in her native Florida, she continues to train regularly in the pool as an adult.
The move to Sydney came in 2019 following eleven years working in corporate advertising in New York City. The year before Meagan discovered her passion for Pilates and on arriving in her new home decided to make a career change and obtained her Diploma of Professional Pilates instruction with Pilates International Training Centre.
With her keen eye for detail, unparalleled enthusiasm and quick wit, Meagan has proven herself to be a valued member of the team and her intelligent and sensitive instruction has brought a delightful dynamic to the studio.
